  • READ OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS  ON-LINE.  THEN FILL IN THIS FORM
     
  • WE WILL SEND YOU THE QUOTATION AS PER YOUR QUERY WITH OUR BANKING DETAILS AND CONFIRM IF YOUR EVENT DATE IS AVAILABLE.
     
  • DOWNLOAD AND SIGN THE DISCLAIMER FORM, EMAIL IT TO US OR HAND IT TO THE RANCH MANAGER ON ARRIVAL AT THE  RANCH.
     
  • WITHIN 5 DAYS OF YOUR CONFIRMATION, A DEPOSIT OF 50% IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING, EMAIL US PROOF OF PAYMENT AND A COPY OF YOUR ID TO  bookings@waterfallranch.co.za
     
  • THE BALANCE IS DUE 5 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT TAKES PLACE.
     
  • ONCE THE FULL AMOUNT HAS BEEN PAID (DEPOSIT AND BALANCE) AND REFLECTS IN OUR BANK ACCOUNT, WE WILL SEND YOU A RECEIPT/VOUCHER TO SUBMIT TO THE VENUE MANAGER.

Upon making your bookings, either for a day visit, a cabin or the function hall, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to our terms and conditions. You also do so on behalf of all visitors/guests included in your bookings.
