We had an amazing family outing at Waterfall Ranch.
The place is beautiful maintained, spotlessly clean and the staff are extremely kind and helpful.
There are is such a variety of animals to see and activities to pursue and there is entertainment for all ages.
We absolutely loved our experience and found that we got our money's worth....the highlight is the majestic Waterfall....
Definitely going to be visiting again soon.

Waterfall Ranch was the perfect destination for our 2024 school excursion. It was very spacious and had various attractions such as a jungle gym, trampoline and animals around the area. The main attraction was the waterfall. We took a safe journey down to the waterfall and allowed the learners to sit on the rocks.
It was a little slippery but the learners and educators loved the feeling of the water. They also had clean ablution facilities and a cute little Musallah. We really enjoyed our excursion and will definitely be visiting again.

I found the process of booking seamless. Very efficient. Seeing the falls was an absolute delight. Mother nature at her best. The surrounding area is clean and neat, this is appreciated. This place is well taken care off, safe and really peaceful.

My fiancé and I recently visited Waterfall Ranch for a special occasion - my proposal! - and we were absolutely blown away by the exceptional service and breathtaking scenery.
A special shoutout to Trisha, who went above and beyond to help us set up and arrange all the engagement details. Her assistance with the picnic setup was also greatly appreciated. The waterfall itself was the perfect backdrop for the proposal - it was truly magical!

What a day well spent new place; new vibes...felt like a real getaway
We enjoyed everything alhamdulillah. The staff, Ohhhh! The calmness and friendliness is on another level ...so we met Mr Richard on arrival and he was nothing short of what you had said ma'am.
He offered us ( the staff) tea not long after we arrived as an open welcome gesture from them. Overall I'd say it was perfect and peaceful...safe for the kids as well. Our gratitude and appreciation is beyond words.
Please thank them for us. If we could buy Jannah through our happiness and smiles then they are definitely Jannatis.

We loved the place it was quite, private and very relaxing , there's a little walk way by the falls if you can clear up a bit not too much so it stays natural.
It's great to get the kids into doing a little hike and maybe a few more activities for the kids.

I mean having a waterfall in walking distance from your VIP cabin is amazing. The staff.. so welcome and helpful. We really loved our stay. My children needed the time away from the screens and this was perfect. Absolutely peaceful. Thank you for accommodating us in such short notice.
